I'm thinking the problem is rather something else than these swords, because ages ago when I released 4 first swords they worked fine with any cloud. It might be Aali's driver or something, dunno.

Yeah for some reason modded clouds fuck it up, I have no idea why or how to fix it D:

And the buster sword's model file is "rtck" and the ultima weapon is "rtcz". At least in the PC version - if you want to do it for PSX they might be different, dunno. At least for the PC just copying rtck and renaming that rtcz would work, the model files are very simple and do not contain anything that would possibly mess it up.

So I tried installing these, then re-installing APZ's Buster Sword texture, because I wanted to keep that one, and...well, it didn't really work. Is there a way to do so, or are they just incompatible somehow?

If you want to use APZ's sword with my other ones, you'd have to edit his model (rtck) to use the third texture slot (rtae) instead of the second one (rtad).

Clouds texture files are rtac and rtad. Originally rtac is used for the eye(s) and belt and rtad for the mouth. Apz uses rtac for the whole cloud model texture and Millenia uses rtad for all the swords textures. Thats why both can be used at the same time without overwriting textures. Maybe Millenia forgot to add clouds mouth texture in rtad aswell.

These are meant to be used with APZ's Cloud so it won't look right with the default Cloud without changing some things. I was originally gonna take the screens with APZ's cloud but I was having some technical difficulties so I went with the original one.

It seems as if thrown weapons are still using the old models/textures from what i can see, maybe they are just located in a different location than the normal equipped weapons? I was just randomly throwing stuff to see if the textures were on them as well, but it seems as if they are not (i even threw a weapon that i had equipped, that was obviously using the new textures but the thrown weapon had the older version).

just throwing it out there, not sure if this was known or not already.


Edit: i think they ARE the updated models, but i dont think throw uses the same textures, as the colors and such are off when thrown (maybe they use a different set of textures/change the coloring on the current textures?)

Weird, I'll have to look into this.

Actually, the problem was Kimera's newest version - it creates broken models. Using Pcreator solves the problem. I'll reconvert em and release in a few..
