Well it looks like the patch is working correctly, all the tex files are being copied and the patched lgp's are being recompiled, so im not sure why its not working for u...

Edit: Maybe its your texture folder?

This is a really good idea. It would be better if we could get everything into this thread, so that whenever someone wants a program or mod, they can come here.

Well, I expect that will eventually happen, just PM Miles the links to current programs/mods and he'll be able to provide the download on his server

looks great, For the next release can you not use that patcher? I find that thing HIGHLY annoying to use.. Always asks for a new LGP...

Ok, if your having problems use this patched batch file Click Here, Put GUI in C: Drive, put magic, menu and flevel in GUI folder, put unlgp and lgp in GUI folder, put the new batch file in the GUI folder and run it (doesn't have to be run as an admin), copy all the lgp files back and put texture file in ff7 directory, put seffect1.tex in the battle folder and replace the old one.

The new Batch File has a pause command, so look through the steps it has done, if anything says failed then report back.

The next release will be 2 different files.

APZ CLOUD BATTLE
The latest cleanup version of the battle model, small graphical mistakes corrected. Updated texture.
New Buster Sword, Remade from scratch, new model and texture.
A New batch of custom textures to choose from, different colors, dark cloud, link-look-a-like-maybe, etc.

APZ CLOUD FIELD
My field model of cloud, all of them!
Crossdressing, wheelchair, with buster sword, etc.
The same compliment of custom textures.

hope that makes a few things clear

No you shouldn't have to, try copying GUI folder into C: Drive, then copy lgp and unlgp, magic, menu and flevel to GUI, then run patch.bat (but NOT as an admin), then delete your texture folder from ff7 directory and copy the beta 7 texture folder to ff7 directory.

Then put the lgp's back in the correct places and see what happens

Are you sure your using the custom graphics driver, probably a silly question, but if your using vista or windows 7 make sure you run the ff7.exe as an admin

Heya there, may I know if the 'APZ Cloud Final Battle' as included in the downloaded folder, is purely just the Final Battle version of Cloud or there is some modifications of it?

Sorry, cause I'm just not sure which one to use, the 'APZ Cloud' or that one, geez (and I'm lazy to try both out; currently using the 'APZ Cloud' version).

EDIT: Would it be possible to use both together? Like after I overwrite 'APZ Cloud' files over the original, and then add in the 'APZ Cloud Final Battle' to make battle.lgp?

You can use both, thats the whole point, one is cloud (rtaa) and one is the final battle (siaa), they both look the same, just copy all the files into your battle.lgp

Well the good news is, I can re-cycle some of these parts for my Chibi Reconstruction Project, so cheers for the release  :evil:

@ titeguy3 - Um, yeah, why do we need this?, MilesTailsPrower is hosting all the available mods on his server, so we can download them and install separately, plus you've included unnecessary mods such as the Chocobo Race Patch and the YAMP mini game fix.

Also, not everyone likes the NPC/PRP models, so they should be optional, and you've got 3 different weapon mods, so which versions of clouds have you gone with? Or have you done it randomly??

Edit: We don't need "Dreakon's Higher quality cloud mod" because we already have APZ's updated battle model...

I hope you guys understand that I'm a very busy person. and as much as I'd like to work on this a bunch. it's alittle low on my list of priorities. I'm not giving up on it. All i can do is ask for you patience and thank you guys for it. And thank you for loving my cloud the way i lovingly crafted every detail on him. Thanks! :-D

Ok, if your so busy, why not get someone else to help make the chibi? Everyone understands how busy life is, with work, school and family.

Slightly confused by this, You have the avatars in the avatar folder. But i never see them in game. Are they not enabled by default?

Must have forgot to include the tex files. my bad

Another thing I noticed now! There was no change in the avatar! Remains unmodified image.

Sorry my bad. Must have missed that

Just use LGP tools, open menu_us.lgp, click on clouds avatar (cloud.tex) then click replace and select the image of the custom avatar

Wow, keep it up Borde, Kimera keeps getting better and better! The show ground and compute ground height are amazingly useful!
