well, FLiXD and me tried to bypass the trouble spot by using an emulator and we failed miserably.

we got the emulator to work but it wasn't able to load the saves from final fantasy 7

we need someone to play the save past the trouble spot (bugenhagens 3d holosphere and past the dialog of Tifa: "Oh look, a shooting star!")

what more there is to say ?   atleast we tried to solve the problem ourselves.

there aren't a lot of patches which solves the bugenhagen freeze, and i haven't found one that helpes

some people say: use an emulator but i have absolutely no idea how to operate it

i absolutely don't know how to use this thing, it says i need bios, gpx and other stuff, but i've never heard of those things  

and even if i knew what those things are, i wouldn't know where to find them and to be honest, i'm not the best with the emulator stuff.

maybe it is easier if someone plays through the trouble spot

Ok, people I have overreacted, i'm sorry but i'm still standing for one thing i said: don't judge a book by it's cover

And Darkdevil, i didn't want to bad mouth at you, i just like to defend myself  

I admit, it's very annoying if someone registers, gets help, and leaves for good, well i'm not like that.

(sorry about my mixed up text, i'm from belgium and english is not my best language lol)

But seriously, would i do all this trouble (like posting really long posts like this), if i wouldn't stay here ?

Please do not start a flame war.



I'm not going to be a pain in the ass, but the only method i was aware of was:

A   get a patch (which i found nowhere, but i did find the chocobo patch)
B   let someone else play through the trouble spot

I will try halkun method and if it doesn't work, well, maybe i will come back to this topic

I could have made a new topic about my request but i didn't want to cluster the forum with a new topic, i used the search option (now that isn't something a n00b would do huh ?)
