I reinstalled the game and it still had the problem. I'm not sure how to solve it.

I'm not sure which mod did the malfunction. I'll do that and see if it works. Maybe it was a hardcore patch I got that I thought I got rid of that messed up the beginning. I'll check back. Thanks for the help :)

That worked DarkFang. I'm still having issues with the submarine thought. After fighting the boss and getting to the submarine I start the mission to shoot down the submarine with the huge materia and after shooting it down it does not go to the next part where you search for the downed submarine. Instead I end up back in the submarine to do the mission over and it never ends. Do you know which folder holds the story line so I can fix it or something?

I'm not sure if I'm missing a piece or if one of them is incomplete. Its running normal now though. I don't understand the curve thing in the character growth tab. Can you explain it? Sorry if I sound newbish or dumb lol

 I figured it out lol. When I was loading from the KERNAL pieces and that was making the error.

It pops up when I'm saving my changes.

I edited the weapons, armor and magic. I made some weapons, armor and magic more powerful and changed the name threw Wallmarket 1.1.0 and when I went to 1.4.5 it stop working. I try to save the new edits and get that error message. I didn't edit the coding cause I don't know how to do that.

I had the older version and modified the weapons, armor and magic. I think thats what you wanted to know.  ???

I just got Version 1.4.5 working but encountered a new error  :-\ I don't really understand it and would like help on solving it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated :D

I don't know but that might have been the issue gjoerulv. The patch was perfect until I restarted the game and encountered that issue.

I can't get it to open. :( There is always an issue and Vista says there is a problem with the program and it cannot be open. Any help will be greatly appreciate :) Thanks again for the modders and Aali for the work :D

Do you know how I can uninstall or get rid of it? It has cause problems for me. In the beginning the first thing you fight is a goblin that does 1300 damage and of course that's an automatic KO lol.

I have a problem with FF8 on the PC. Everytime I try to start a new game It ask for disc 1 and when I give it disc 1 it does not read it. If anyone can help that would be awesome. I already set it in the Registry Editor but it still won't play. -_-

Sorry my internet crashed. I found the solution. in the field folder the char folder was missing and I had to replace it.

Everytime I go to get Cloud back from the city on the island I get a error message saying "Failed to load ADCB.tor". Can anyone help me? I tried reinstalled the game but I still get this error. :(
