I have just cleared FF7 with this mod. I appreciate your hard work to make better FMVs.
They look natural and there is less plastic effect. FMV <-> Pre-rendering scene runs smoothly. There is no performance issue even with my notebook. Thanks!

  I don't know what the function of this file is, but it exists in the original movie folder, so you may need to copy it into your new movie folder, maybe?

It's due to the lighting textures with glitched and bad palettes.
Delete textures with _15_ (sometimes 16, 17 . . .) in the file name.

Thanks a lot for this project, the mod modified by Squallff8, bug report and feedback.
I think the character size and appearance really fits well with the game itself. It's neither too tall nor thin. Just perfect!

• Problem with the Kimera?
  -If it requires a file(ex: mscomct2.ocx), just download and copy it into the Kimera folder.
  -If it says some file is needed to be registered(ex: msstdfmt.dll), copy it and type this command line.
  regsvr32 msstdfmt.dll
  (Unregister: regsvr32 /u msstdfmt.dll)

Some minor issues:

-[#1]Yuffie remained as PRP appearance, maybe she is the only one untouched by Squallff8 among the main characters. Poor Yuffie:-).
-[#2]When a character closed eyes, their mouth looks ugly like this >____<. And the blink issue is not solved.
They're not a big problem, though.

Optional:

• How to remove a sword from Cloud's back?
  unlgp char.lgp->open aaaa.hrc with Kimera->click the sword->click the 'Remove part from the bone' button->Save(DO NOT compile multi-P bones in a single file)
  In this way, you can make a short hair version Tifa, etc.

Thanks for this mod! I am playing FF7 now with it. The tracks are really great, especially the World map theme(main theme). They give me more emotional experience. I want to say thanks to those who are related to FF7Music project.

Here is an issue. It might be good to consider this before using a music mod.
Sometimes the main music won't start after extra stuff likes piano(#snap1), wind, switch(#snap2) played. The FF7Music stops background music well at the exact time, but at times it seems to forget to replay it later. It's hard to explain this in English. Anyway, if you want to listen to background music again, you should restart your game.
