Troubleshooting / Kimera 097 MSSTDFMT.DLL not found?

I tried to run Kimera but it gave me an error saying:

Run-time error '713':

Class not registered.
You need the following file installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL

kimera came with MSSTDFMT.DLL and i even tried downloading it from several sites

I know that the LZS files are compressed data.
I just want to know if there is any program that can extract the LZS from the BCX.

I want to view the FF7 PSX Field models but they are in BCX format! And my viewer is only compatable with LZS files!
How do i Extract those LZS files form the BCX file? Is there like a code or program or something?
P.S. i know the python programming language
