Did a vanilla install and can confirm it's Menu Overhaul causing it. Thanks for your help guys

Wasn't sure where to post this as I'm not sure what's causing it. I've reached Gaea's Cliff in the game at the point where you fight the 4 icicles. After defeating the second one, the option to jump down or not never appears and Cloud jumps down anyway. If you go back up and try again, it asks you at the first point but again doesn't on the second making the third and fourth unreachable. I'm new to modding so took a shortcut using Bootleg with the "Full" preset used. Is this a known issue with one of the mods? Is there something wrong with my install? Running off images ripped from my old game discs but they were fairly scuffed.

Any help would be great.
