unfortunately that shaders fix doesn't seem to work for me, but disabling shaders has fixed the game, thanks though!

hey thanks for the quick reply, i just wanna let you know that the links are apparently dead, or otherwise inaccessible to me, however disabling shaders does seem to have fixed the problem. Thanks so much.

Hey guys, so the other day, i ran into some major graphical problems with FF7, and i've been unable to resolve them myself. I've completely uninstalled the game, then re-installed and re-used Bootleg, but the problems remain. I've attached screenshots showing the issues i'm having.

Okay that's done, and now the game starts just fine, but the music doesn't work. I load up the game, and the world has no music playing, not in towns, or on the world map.

Hey guys, i've been unable to play FF7 with the mods installed as it crashes as soon as it starts up. I'm running the PC re-release, and there are no error messages. The screen turns black, then returns to desktop. I have had this problem before and managed to get around it, but i don't remember how, and i can't find the forum post that helped me (i don't wanna search manually through nearly 100 pages). Let me know if there is any more information i can provide to help find the cause of the problem.

GeForce 580. I seem to have fixed the worst of the graphics problems, by removing the compatibility options from FF7.exe, mounting a FF7 disc image, then running it via bootloader, but now i'm having issues with it crashing during the Sephiroth flashback sequence (At Kalm, just as the flashback fight against their target monster begins).

I'm having problems with textures on the re-release, at first it was just a few spells and limit breaks that looked a bit funny, but the overworld textures are a disaster, and the map itself is unusable. please see the Attached images

EDIT: Also important, absolutely nothing i change in the Game or Overhaul tabs has any effect.

does the configurator simply not work correctly in any case for the re-release?
