Troubleshooting / FFVII Crashing During Opening FMV

So if I wasn't clear enough in the subject, I'm having issues regarding getting my copy of FFVII.  I'm using the most recent version of Tifa's Bootleg v. 0.40, transitioning over a 2012 FFVII to work with all mods and models and what not.  Followed the tutorial to the letter, and after a good portion of last night and today, I'm coming up with a big old crash happening just as the points of light show in the opening FMV.  More than a little irritating.  I'm adding links to my "APP.txt", "crash.dump", and my "dxdiag.txt" files.  If there are any other details you need from me please let me know.  I would love to play through this game with all of the added character models and over all improvements.

I'm running Windows 7 x64 Pro.  All the details are in the dxdiag file.
