General Discussion / a quick question about bootleg/bootloader

Hello whoever reads this,
i spent 3 hours to get this working and i have to say this is amazing, thank you for all the hard work you guys have put into this.
now my question is, if i want to change lets say one or two models and tweak a setting or two, do i have to re-run the entire bootleg or is there a quick way to go about it? second, if i wish to change a setting on the loader, how do i go about it staying, ive perused these forums for about an hour now and haven't come up with any evidence to my research.
