I have a similar (maybe even the same) problem. I check the mod list on my bootleg040 and I need MO.exe but the link it gives me doesn't exist anymore, and on top of that when I try to go to the link for Final_Fantasy_VII_Remix_v2-5-1_Installer.part13.rar it finishes loading the page but there's nothing on it; all the others worked perfectly fine.
