So, it looks like I am the only one with this issue, but hopefully someone has heard about it and knows a fix. When I start the game, the up arrow shows to be stuck on. I can tap the down arrow on the numpad and it will momentarily stop. I am using a Saitek keyboard.

Note, this issue was there with a fresh install.
