I am having some trouble, after I downloaded and ran BFE.exe and downloaded all the necessary mods and run bootleg an error message shows up.

it is titled Microsoft.NET Framework and says Unhandled exception has occurred in your application if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit the application will close immediately. The System cannot find the file specified, and if I go to details it says:
