I played the game for a few hours through Steam, had a save file and everything. I just ran through the bootleg process and was disappointed to see it did not import my save file. How do you migrate your Steam save file to work from a mod? I'd really not like to start over.
EDIT: Figured it out! Had to navigate to the Final Fantasy VII Steam folder in My Documents, find the save00.ff7 file, and copy it over to the "save" folder under the main installation folder, which was previously empty.
