Just in case somebody gets here again, via google and such: I've ported my vagrant story toolset to the browser, it can be found here: https://github.com/morris/vstools
Currently supports character and weapon models, as well as basic animation poses. You can also export model geometry (to OBJ) and textures.
Valendian, if you read this, reach out to me. Time to finish decoding these animations...
