768 for the texture memory. i didnt go higher cause it says untested. my playtime at that point was at just over an hour (cause my stream ended at 1 hour 11 min, and i stoped the stream right after that fight)

i will say tho, i did notice just before it occured that there was this strange 2 red dots next to the character names in the fight before that one, then on THAT fight it gave me that red error message where the dots were.

dono what happened but all other models up to this point in the game have been fine, got to this one and the texture didnt load and got some wierd red text error message next to the characters when the battle started. (couldnt get a screenshot of the error)



not a big deal overall i can still proceed through the game but i would assume you want something like this fixed eventually since this is main story line (the boss u fight right after aeris death scene) i dont remember the name of the boss (ill go back and play through again with a sense materia to get the name and see if it occurs again)



it must of been a random glitch or something the second time i fight him he had his textures, ignore my previous text.

tested both area's and they work fine now, gj on the fast fix-a-roo.

currently doing a full playthrough of the game as of the start of this month, ive been streaming it also. dont worry i put full credit to your mod in my side panel banner.

it seems you fixed it already in the last patches u uploaded. i havent tested it yet but ill get around to it tomorow. do u still need the log's and 7th heaven mod list/order?

7th Heaven / game error crash report

got a certain crash at the junon upper level area where the shops are. whats wierd is that ive been there before on my first visit when i was in shira disquise, but on my second trip just below the weapon shop i get a error entering the basement as well as the basement in the shop 2 door to the left where u talk to a shinra soldier to go downstairs (need to get down there for a second materia 'enemy skill'). dono whats causing it but the game has been fine up to this point for me (aside from a accidental glitch with Lost Number boss i somehow died on and after loading from a save point 20 minutes backtracked i went to grab yuffie again and instead of the yuffie cutscene it skiped right back into the boss fight again with lost number... and then i was able to fight him twice cause the safe didnt open... it was a headache... cause i lost the bronco but that wasnt from the moding... oh and tifa's arm on the field model turned white after the last mod update...)


edit: the issue lied in the field models for NPC's all i did was deactivate it and prevented the crashing. for the shop with the materia 'enemy skill' i assume the issued lied in the fact there are transparent npc models (i dont even know why they are transperent but they are)

edit edit: weird thing happened to where the materia i was after in that room wasnt there, so i curously relaunched the game again but removing the field objects materia mod this time and sure enough it was there when i went back to that basement. odd how this room just isnt compatible with the current mods.

cool thanks. and your half right about the not being able to read every forum post cause i just made this account, i have read alot of the forums in search for a way to implement it myself somehow (but im new to the FFVII coding so if i really wanted to id need to learn more about it before actually accomplishing anything), but ya i missed that other discussion you had sorry. im glad to see your enthusiasm with this project you got going here tho :)

id like to 2nd this notion. i love this mod pack and easy to install package, however even tho the game looks so pretty, with the old GUI blocking half the screen in battles, its terribly bright blue background and horrid font it makes it very out of place with everything thing else being updated.

the GUI he posted is nice but there was a default one from the bootleg version that was really good. the only issue with it was it had no HP bars nor did it say what your max HP currently was so it made it hard to manage healing lol.

also the current GUI in your pack is bugged during battles, and font is too bold and squished together.

i would assume the avalanche team is fine with you puting thier stuff in your 7h, so if i was you just go with thier GUI 2.0.5. couldnt be overly complicated to inject png's into a few data files.

so for now ill just suck it up with the classic version, till you release a different GUI version. thx for your hard work.
