7th Heaven / Cannot see mods

Hello everybody,
sorry for my bad english I unfortunately have to use the google translate xD
I hope here to find someone who can help me with my little trouble
I have everything scrupulously carried out as stated in these instructions:

in step 5. All mods should be to see you because invite & can install.
with me happened because unfortunately garnix -.- just an empty window, after the check subscriptions changed unfortunately nothing
all other points I have repeatedly tested and controlled, by now about 5 hrs. and massive new installations as well as various setting try I give hit me, I just do not know anymore.
I use windows 7 ultimate 64bit
FF7 steam version in German
