7th Heaven / ff7 7th heaven: error checking catalog

hey, everything has gone well, done everything that is in the guide however whenever I start 7th heaven I get an error massage saying Error:catalog iros://Url/http$pastebin.com/raw.php?i=dDBkYkDu unable to connect to remote.
please help
I have restarted it many times, deleted the 7th heaven roaming files and started again, nothing works. My internet is fine, like average 200mps so that can't be the problem??
