7th Heaven / Because Without Menu Mod?

Ok So I installed the mods using the guide to the T but for the life of me I cant get the menu mod working. All the text is squished and yes I am using the bc exe but it still squishes to letters. Is there a usable retranslation mod without the menu mod?
