Thank you that worked. I had to disable steam deck auto Config in the mod manager and just apply the setting manual in the game driver to disable the steam deck fix in enhanced stock UI. Once i did that the item menu appeared like it should in battle.

So I'm using a steam deck and noticed while enhanced stock UI works perfectly fine. Whenever i try to add finishing touch or retouch to compliment the UI everything works fine but the item menu it seems in battle.

For some reason on the deck it causes the item names disappear with only the numbers next to where the names of the items should be. Curiois if anyone has come across this or know how to potentially fix this

I made sure the mod order is correct

Finishing touch
Enhanced Stock UI (steam deck fix enabled)
Steam Deck Auto Config

So I'm not sure what's going on but after converting FF7 and downloading mods and setting them up I'm getting no sound whatsoever in game. I've gone into FF7Config.exe and made sure to select my speakers and tested it and it worked but once I'm in game keep silence. I hear a beep when it goes to boot up the game but nothing. I have also made sure the music plugin is on vgmstream. As far as I can tell everything is setup how it should be. I'm no stranger to modding games as I mod the heck out of Elder Scrolls and Fallout games.

Here is my load order:

Field Models - Objects
Animations
Battle Model - Characters
Battle Model - Enemies
Battle Textures
Field Models - Main Characters
Field Models - NPC Characters
Media - Movies
Media - Music & Sound
Menu Avatar and Backdrops

The Reunion

Any advice please?
