7th Heaven / FF7 Windowed mode not working.

I have been using 7th heaven to play FF7, and I can't get windowed mode to work. In the config settings I have full screen unchecked and my window size X & Y set to 960x1280. I keep digging through the configure settings of the mods I have activated to see if there is a setting i have turned on effecting this and have not found anything. If I play the game through steam, without mods on, I can play in windowed mode with no issues. Has anyone else had this issue? or is anyone else using windowed mode successfully? Appreciate it!
