This mod looks super interesting to me, and I'm curious as to how it would play out. Is this compatible with the 2019 Remaster? I'm hoping to use it in conjunction with McIndus' Project Angelwing Ultima graphics overhaul pack when that releases.

Also, I've been watching Resonant Arc's podcast where they are dissecting FFVIII, and I actually am finding through their observations that the characterization in FFVIII is a lot better than I realized. I also never really had any problem with the localization. I'm not asking you to watch any of these 2+ hour long videos, but maybe anyone who is a RA fan can tell me if this mod lived up to (or surpassed) the characterization in the original?

Man, I really dig this mod. Is there any way I can use both these field textures and SWY's upscales? I think it'd be jarring to have these beautiful recreations one second and then the low-res official backgrounds for areas that haven't been completed in this mod. Can I make it so that my default field textures are this mod, and then any other ones are the SWY upscale? Thanks.

I recently deleted a bunch of stuff on my hard drive (including 7H) and recently reinstalled the program. The catalog flat out won't load for me, and it givers me this error at the bottom: "catalog iros://http$pastebin.com/raw.php?i=vXc4PpBS - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". The pastebin URL loads in my browser without issue and I did allow 7H through my firewall.
