7th Heaven / FF7_ Game Converter and Remove Keys closing instantly

SO I'm running both programs in the order they're supposed to go in and everytime I try to run one of them they instantly close. I get no black box for either one. The game converter gets to 100% and then pops up a cmd box for a split second and closes. Can anyone help me with this because I believe this is the reason why I can't configure my opengl setting with 7H and I do not how an Opengl config file in my FF& directory.
