Did a Windows Update just hit?  I swear I've seen this before, but can't remember if it's a WU issue that re-running the converter (and choosing 'Overwrite') fixes.

There was a rather large windows 10 update, and running the converter again does not work.

Even after a fresh install of literally everything it’s still happening to me.

7th Heaven / After windows update game wont launch, error mesage

So after this latest windows 10 update,  my game wont  launch, and  I get a really long error  message.

I didn't do anything before or after the windows update. any help  would be appreciated. thanks.
