Abit of topic - has any one listened to the Crisis core sound track - there are a few reworked FF7 tracks in there which would go well with FF7 music...

"Those who fight" and "The world's enemy" (Sephy's theme) from CC are superb :D I'm also thinking of a way to incorporate in "The price of freedom/Why"

Alright. As I have seen many confusing tidbits of info on this forums, I'd like to have it at one place, compiled.
If I (and anyone else) wants to have Buster Sword for any or all weapons, the thing I have to do is to uncompress battle.lgp, replace all models of weapons by the model of BS and compress it again OR change something in kernel (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=7449.0)? If it is the first possibility, does anyone know what names are all the other models for Cloud's swords? (The only ones known to me are rtck for BS and rtcz for Ultima)

Actually you can make the Buster Sword model ANY of Cloud's weapons, or you could make ALL of Cloud's swords into that Buster Sword. Just copy the file over and rename it to the other weapon names! I might release it in the near future, but we'll see!

If you actually know the names of the models in battle.lgp. I know that BS is rtck and Ultima is rtcz :D. But, that's kinda off topic, I just wanna know if he'll give me the model of Buster sword that he has. Incredible details :-o

I'm having a quite unusual problem. Usually, the game crashes within the first battle when you jump of the train. BUT! For me, it crashes just after the Fat guy from AVALANCHE jumps of the train! What the heck? How can that be solved, pls?

Nah, I dont think thats the problem. I have english version of the game. Everything is ...-us or ..._us. In the readme, it says to extract all files from char.lgp and then patch it. But it doesn't say anything about world_us.lgp nor chocobo.lgp. Isn't that the problem?

Seems like I've got a lot of problems with world map :D. Well, after applying NPC RP Cloud's model in world map is normal with childish LEGO blocks.

Hum... It suddenly doesn't crash now. It's a mystery. I hate it, but well, I'll just go along and play forth. Thanks anyway. Ja!

I did it. The world map worked. (always loaded like 50 secs). But it always crashed, when I tried to leave chocobo farm. But! before, chochobo farm worked perfectly. Now what the hell? Seriously, I think my ff7 is really fauked up. :-P

[EDIT]It started to crash after I used the High quality Cloud mod. That's really bad, because the quality of normal battle Cloud is really really awful.

Well, I was trying again today, and it didnt crash after battles, but right after I leaved chocobo farm.

Troubleshooting / World map crash
« on: 2007-01-27 12:15:29 »
Hi! I seriously need help. After Kalm and the Nibelheim incident story, I go out to world map. First problem is, that it takes really long to load even if I have computer better than needed for the game. But thats not really bothering me. I can wait. What really bad is, that when a fight in world map is over the game chrashes.

I have Official patch 1.02, YAMP (Btw the transparent dialog boxes didnt work),  Higher Quality Cloud mod, NPC reconstruction project and New spell patch. 1,5 GHz processor, nVidia graphic card, 256 RAM
Can somebody help me, please? I've tried to battle like million times, and it always crashes.    Co se sakra dÄ›je?!
