Hello Everyone,
I've more or less just used this mod tool in the past without paying much attention and I haven't used it in a while, but I was pretty excited to see 2.0 come out and make the process so much more streamlined for everyone and decided to do something to help if I could and I know there's been a lot of download issues (especially with google drive/mega) so I set up a mirror for all the mods.
To make things simple I just lumped everything into a single catalog pastebin with my server as the primary link. It can be used as a drop in replacement for Mods of the Round and Qhimm Catalog as it does include all the links from those repos as well. My intent at the moment is more or less to help everyone get up and running so once you've finished using my catalog to get all the mods you need please make sure you set your subscriptions to use the official catalogs again.

Respecting the fact that I just popped out of nowhere I'd appreciate if others could verify the sha256sum's for the mods I'm serving.
If other users could verify these checksums against the copies from the official catalog servers then people that want to use my mirror can check the files they download from my mirror. I'm a professional developer myself so I value and respect the need for security and data integrity. If any of these are wrong please let me know immediately.
I'm running off a 200mbit/unmetered server so downtime should not be an issue but please let me know if there are any connection issues.
Thanks everyone who contributed to this project and the mods included in it, I appreciate all your time and effort working on this project. I'm glad we all get to enjoy an enhanced FF7 experience thanks to your hard work.
