7th Heaven / Please help, 7th Heaven 2.0 crashes when i launch it

I get this error when i launch the app

Could not find a part of the path 'D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII\mods\7th Heaven'.

Is there a solution to this?
The only thing i noticed is that it says " 'D:\Steam\steamapps" but there is no D: driver on my computer, only C:
