Troubleshooting / Crashing FF7

My game is crashing with the mods I have on. I do not know what the problem mod or setting is. Here is my App Log and my Crash.dmp files attached. The crash happened after beating the 1st boss of the game. The robot guy in the reactor.
Please help me if you can.
