7th Heaven / Really tiny screen when using 7th Heaven or unmodded on Steam

I'm on a Windows 10 laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro) and my game window is REALLY small. I searched through this whole form and tried all the GPI settings people had recommended but none of that made a difference. Any ideas?
