Trye to reinstall .net 3.5 (but as it's pre-installed in windows 10 i don't know how you can do it)

I get an error with NETframwork, exactly the same as it. Windows 10 won't let me delete NetFramework or reinstall it. I have tried to repair it, delete the registry and do a cleanup from the console but I can't fix it. I'm looking forward to playing and I can't. I get depressed
