I can't stand the in-game calculation for Tifa's Premium Heart weapon, it's so stupid how it does substantially less than normal damage unless your limit break bar is decently full. I would like to change the formula for damage calculation to what is described here

1 + [(Tifa'sLimitLevel * LimitBarUnits)/16/16]
This would make the damage modifier go between 1x and 5x, rather than (1/16)x and 4x.
Does anyone know if there is an existing mod for doing this? If not can anyone point me towards the tools for being able to code up a mod myself?
