7th Heaven / Mod install Problem

Here's the thing, the download of ANY mod mod goes through smoothly, but the moment the install starts, nothing happens, it stays at 'pending', and I get the message "Error installing (Mod name) - The mod is queued for install." Which hoestly seems kinda redundant..

I can't even access an error log. What am I supposed to do?
