Hi there 
Oh wow long time no see, i'm so glad that you're back !
When I was asking if you could share the 3D model of your G-bike style it was about to see them in blender as .fbx or .obj
I think at this time I wanted to tried to do the field model of G-bike Tifa for personal use

It's been a while. I see. At the moment, I have no idea when I'll be able to work on the field model, and it may be true that it would be quicker for someone to do it on their own. Understood. I'll PM you.

Thank you! Just like the other characters, creating Chaos was a struggle to find the right balance between adding detail and not looking realistic.

It's been a long time, but I've made some progress since then, so I'm updating.
I used to draw the parts without illustrations myself, but now that I have a pen tablet, it's easier to clean up the drawings. I'm publishing them now.



Vincent is finished.
This character took the longest. Of course, the reason for this is his limit move...

The only thing I changed was the Gallian Beast, with a lot of reference to the textures in Reverse. Chaos was also improved to a certain extent to bring the design closer to recent works.



Well, if Vincent's Limit wasn't such a troublesome technique, Sephiroth might have been finished by now lol

I recently purchased a pen tablet, which has made it faster to draw and edit textures. I've also started working on it again.
If you'd like to share your models, I'll distribute the ones I've made so far.

Red 13 has been completed.
Since there was no weapon modeling, it was quick to complete.

It took me quite a while to draw the illustration.




Currently, I'm working on making Aerith's weapons, which I've been putting off.

Once that's done, I'll make Cait Sith.
Cait Sith is also a character that can be easily created, but since you have to draw him from an avatar illustration, the time it takes to draw him is a bit of a hassle...

Now that the Barret is complete, I will release it.
The original design had a fairly deformed body shape, so we paid the most attention to modifying Barrett's body shape.




Many of the weapons came in a wide variety of shapes, and it took much more time than I imagined.

To be honest, I feel like I managed to make it all the way to release.

Let me explain a little bit about what I'm currently working on.
Currently modeling Red 13. I drew an avatar image just in case.
Red 13 has no weapon modeling, so it will probably be completed the earliest...

Thank you! What I'm aiming for with this model is an atmosphere somewhere between the original and the remake, and I've been making a lot of them and am finally getting the feel for it!

xD Poor Aeris, the game wants her underground ASAP!
I guess its an animation problem, delete the rvda files in the .IRO,  that should work O_o
Well, the files **da you dont need to put it in the .IRO (if you put it maybe could cause incompatibilities with the 60 FPS mod :/)
EDIT: For the installer, are you uploading it compressed as ,for example .rar ,right?

In my PC environment, if I use 7th Heaven, Aerith will go to the ground.

yes. I tried many things,
In the place of "my mod", the file name attached to the self-made iro. and the preview image are displayed, but when you start it, the battle model is in a vanilla state and the installation fails.

Other mods were all successful after introducing various UIs, battles, field models, etc.

In my environment, there is currently no change in the speed of the game itself when these three characters are added, but I feel that it is slow when opening the menu screen.

However, in the final version, it may be possible to work on low-poly.

I couldn't reproduce the goodness of Tetsuya Nomura's illustration, so I remade it.

If there are many parts, drawing the reflected light on each with a texture is unexpectedly troublesome and takes time.

Aerith doesn't wear a lot of accessories, so modeling should be quick.

↑ Indeed, as you say, the textures are drawn with light sources and shadows from the beginning to reproduce the illustration.

And in the shadows, specifically on the character's back side, I also drew the environmental port reflected from the ground.

The characters are drawn with a certain amount of light and shadow, so it's a little unnatural.
Actually, I felt that way too.

However, I think this method is the best way to reproduce the G-BIKE illustration as it is on the model.

I'm still struggling because I don't have a picture from the front that I can refer to.


The polygon model is almost complete.

However, as you can see, the texture is still lacking in hair.

This is an image compared to the illustration.

Yuffie has a unique facial expression, so I struggled to bring it closer to the picture.

It's really hard to draw shadows on textures.

It's quite troublesome.
This is because you have to consider the direction of the light source.

Texture shading has not yet been created for the legs.

So Yuffie as a whole is 70% complete.
Weapons Yuffie is still untouched.

Cloud is just before texture production.

Please wait for further information.
I want to complete it as soon as possible, so I spend a lot of time on this policy even on holidays!
