So, I was going back to my project of remaking the sector seven part of FFVII and found out some of it was already done by jusete (amazing work). Since I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out the camera settings I must say I'm jealous of how accurate his work is. So I thought I'd join the discord, since it seems to be the main way of interacting with the work, but I wasn't able to locate it, apart from two links that expired regarding a sort of dispute, I hope it's another project edge.

Attached images of personal progress, interior guessing is way easier, if not perfect, than the "hub area" outside the item shop.


I've found the discord of this forum later on, I guess this might be it.

FF7 Tools / FF7 Camera Help

Hey everyone,

I'm remaking the slums from sector 7 in Blender and I have a hard time figuring out how to setup my camera for the main map below :

I had some success for simpler scenes, using fSpy, like the item shop, but there clearly is some type of distortion at play here.

So here I am after some hours trying to find out if some poor soul had the same problem, would really appreciate insights or tools I might have missed.
