Yes, in this mod, 2x Cut is now "W-Cut," and 4x Cut is a separate materia, likely from the Kalm traveler. Full Cure seems to be removed since you already have Master Magic. HP↔MP and Mega All might be obtainable through specific side quests or from the Silver Chocobo with the right items. Check the Chocobo rewards!
