Ok........embarrassing question time - where is "ff7config.cfg" I have Avalanches last release along with the remix patch, Aali's driver etc but no ff7config.cfg, just ff7config.exe - someone mentioned when I searched did someone "make it", it has to be created manually in notepad?  Please don't laugh.....well do if you must if its the price of answer!

Besides the pun of the year, lol, there is a release of a HQ Custom Aeris model.
I just got around to cramming her into my LPG files today.

Back on topic, I'm trying my best man, I'm working on that before anything else on this project.
But the bounds of the internet are vast.
I'm not even sure if I speak the same language as the creator for that matter, lol.

Still no luck on the textures either.. Full of good news I suppose.

If I get the okay from the creator would anyone be willing to help me texture this model?

I don't mean to complain, I mean I wouldn't have a leg to stand on - If I had any talent I'd be helping out!  All efforts are appreciated and I admire ye all!  From a (purely personal) POV the things that seem most dated in FFVII this day and age are the character models and the dreadful Chibi FMVs, in VI the style was consistent, in VIII the updated style was also consistent, VII looks like a mish-mash of both - not enough of a problem to make me stop playing the thing every 2 years or so though...

I think the new cloud looks great and suits the original feel well!  My only concern is that there are a lot of clouds out there (I don't mean out my window...) and no one ever seems to release models of anyone else except for team avalanches Barret of course.  If we ever see a (legal) released Tifa, Red, Cid, Aeris, Yuffie etc. I'll crack open the champagne! If we are not all long dead by then....

PS. thank God he's not chibi!

Ah well, if you get a choice to skip the install of the chibi models then everything is fine!  I respect the integrity of Team Avalanches project and was not suggesting you do anything else, if changing the main & NPC characters is optional, then of course anyone who wants can simply convert your excellent battle models to field if they want.  Overall I think your work here is amazing and I do appreciate your aims, I'm not a fan of the advent children models around elsewhere but I am a huge fan your work here on the battle models.

Another vote here against the chibi models - having had FF7 on the ps since it came out the only graphical things I always hated were the chibis, especially in those awful chibi fmvs! you know the ones of cloud jumping on the train, his fall on the second bombing mission and, the worst of all as regards turning a tense situation into peals of laughter - Tifa running with Cloud in the wheelchair! HoweverI don't know if its possible to do anything about those fmvs, I imagine not?

Hi Guys, any sign of a Tifa (or any of the other main characters) release yet< very happy with APZ's Cloud & Team Avalanche's Barret but those just highlight how bad the others look! Tifa sounded near ready a while ago, any updates on any of the main party?

newbie question here - what with all these Clouds floating around, and a good Barret is anyone working on making a (legal) Tifa, Aeris/th, Vincent, Cid, Yuffie, Caith Sith etc?
I'm happy with APZ's cloud & Timu Sumisu & Millenia's Barret as is, but they are in start contrast to the rest of the gang!
