Has anyone figured out how Cloud learned how to ride a motorcycle, and learn how to pilot a submarine within minutes?

It's a mystery to me how Zack dies from a couple of gunshots when the entire party is getting blasted and cut and blown to pieces by magic and still manages to survive.

Sorry, I tend to be very tedious about things... In any case, you're right that it IS the stickman's textures. Only problem, is that when I do replace the "**ac" and "**ad" files, it does turn my Cloud black and white, no textures, no nothin.

Also, if you read correctly (Not saying you didn't or trying to assume/bait you in any way), I said you "could if you wish." They aren't in the original battle.lgp, that's why I decided to I guess... Relieve something? Don't know, either way the point is that all you need to do is replace the weapon models and what not along with the "**aa" file. Only problem with replacing the Aerith and Sephiroth one is that when you do, they lose their hair extensions and skirt(?).

@nikfrozty sorry to say, but you are wrong:P "**aa" is in this pack couse it keeps info how many textures model uses, "**ac-**al" are the textures and "**da" defines them(don't remember that one for sure, I write from memory). Those models are textured, if you copy only ck-cz you'll get white weapons. Character model is example on Cloud rtam-rtbi. I still didn't tested it couse I'm doing something else, but looking at Cloud(effect) weapon rtac is "black box man" texture, then rtad-rtae are fillers, rtaf is sword texture and rtag is effect one. Soo just keeping own model files and it's textures + eventual texture ID's change if your model uses more than 3 textures is a way to get it without blocky black character models;P. Simple as that.

Tested it out just to make sure. I remember doing this yesterday and it turns Cloud black and white, though the sword does still remain, IF you have the "**aa" files in there.

EDIT: Saw that you don't really NEED to, but you can add the "**ae," "**af," and "**ag" files if you wish.

EDIT 2: Be careful with your Aerith and Sephiroth models, also (If you even care). You're going to have to manually set the amount of textures in "rvaa" and "saaa."

You didn't read the 2 posts above your's?

Harvest Moon 64 was an AWESOME game. [sarcasm] If you wanna try non-violent, try Duke Nukem. [/sarcasm] You should totally try B-Boy on the PSP if you're a dancer. I know I enjoyed it!

Who in the world was it? I read some other posts and I thought the evidence lead up to him.

I'm curious as to how many proxies you went through, Hermoor? So what are you gonna put on us all this time?  :-P

Rofl, I remember seeing this guy about 4-5 years back. I don't think he's made any new videos... The best part about him is that he has an insanely hot wife.

Raiden. Nothing can stop him being a faggot.

LOL.

Anyway, I really enjoyed MGS4. I think they decided to go along this route only to show that everything's coming to an end. Think about it... How long will it be before a game like MGS comes out, ever even? Kojima probably wanted us to realize that the series was just epic.

All models look REALLY nice. I wouldn't mind looking at the meshes of your ultima either, though... It does seem like the Dissidia one for some reason... @.@

"The fight is everything."

Really?

Well, it's something I've noticed.
I agree with Bosola. You probably notice it more when it turns out to be a British person because you feel like they're embarrassing you and yours. I certainly notice every time a United-Statesian makes an idiot of themselves. Of course, the rest of the world seems to pick up on that as well...

There shouldn't be one.  You should ALWAYS, speak, write, and text, in proper English, to the best of your abilities.

I disagree only with the texting. Because I am limited to characters, so I have to squeeze a lot in a little.

You know...  A teacher of mine told me that if you couldn't type/text anything out in full sentences and correct grammar, along with it's correct structures, you were just lazy. I can see why he said that. Besides! It's nice to have someone compliment the way that you write. (Or should I put right? (Pun on the your = you're, GET IT!? GET IT!?))

Either way, it isn't hard to just type/text something out, rather than actually writing it down with a pencil.

Haha, I enjoyed reading a bit of that old Hermoor thread that you and pretty much everyone else had posted up regarding the asking of him, if that makes sense... o.o;;

Can't believe no one made a topic like this, especially on a thriving forum! @.@

Haha, don't let my little comment about that change anything for the worse. But, yeah I'm still trying to find a flaw and because of it, I'm still practically doing the bomb mission.

Haha, no problem at all man. I appreciate the work that you're doing, that I'm not able to do mind you.

EDIT: I found another picture of an actual brick road. It's somewhat the same color scheme and as you can see, it looks used (teehee...). Maybe within the modification to the bricks, you could try and add a little color disfiguration, like the paint is withering away because of how many people walk on those roads.

EDIT 2: Forgot to add the link... - -;;

EDIT 3: Found more pictures of interest that might spark some types of ideas...

http://people.ku.edu/~jfdevlin/Lawrencefolder/BrickRoad.jpg (All of those cracks on the left, or upper left show lots of wear and tear.)
http://alloveralbany.com/images/yellow_brick_old_bricks.jpg (How there's dirt between the bricks, showing that a lot of people pass by carrying the dirt underneath their shoes.)
http://addins.kwwl.com/blogs/scribbles/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/img000751.jpg (Very up, close and personal with the detail of used bricks.)
http://www.jimgrey.net/Roads/NationalRoadIllinois/01g_Farm_Road.jpg (Looks like wear and tear from rain. It DOES rain in Midgar.)

Also, I couldn't find an image, but I was thinking of a bit of lowered areas or holes in the roads, maybe because of pressure pushing down on them or something...

Hummm, have you considered remaking the fmv's? I think that with your skills you'd be able to atleast go through some type of winding motion from where Aeris is to the point of the bombing mission.

Also, 3 years... Man, that's an INSANE amount of dedication.

Is that the save point you're working on? Thank you very much! Also, will there be a demo/video of these maps in game? I'm really looking forward to seeing a little bit more added, if it's on par with the original. (Such as steam blowing out of more pipes instead of just near the reactor.)

Haha, yeah it's not really game breaking. Other than that little stupid smidget of frustration, this is looking VERY awesome.

I'm actually very interested in what kind of side quests you're going to be implementing.  Having only the weapons, races/minigames/battle square, and chocobo's traveling system as a sidequest kinda did bum me out as well.  Will they be as in-depth as the 2 optional character sidequests? Shed some light to a possible revolution in the game, man!

I think I might understand.  I kinda found some type of random bricks, regardless if it's a wall, in a certain order that you might be able to use as a reference. I don't think that the bricks should be ultra, super cracked up either, maybe the same as the picture.
