Support / unused head?

This has no textures for the mouth or eyes, has a unique hairstyle and dirty looking face I don't see on any of the NPCs I looked at. I never been far in the game, so I like someone who played through the whole game and tell me if this head was used or not?

The head doesn't seem to have a body that match the head. I could only find the head!
Let me know where was this in the game unless like I said it must be unused?

Ok I extracted the files with Duckstation and here is what I got

EFFECT.ALL
INSTR.ALL
INSTR.DAT
LOOPTEST.SND
OA.SND

While Im sure that Effect.all must be all the sound effects stored in there, I am not sure what instr really means but my guess is "instruments" used for the music? the snd I am sure they must be separate individual sound files but they don't work on my media player!

These were pulled from a psx game in .bin format and the .bin contains what I extract from here with Duckstation. I tried both Dragon Unpacker and Game Extractor, nothing work except that Game Extractor did gave me a bunch of .ui files from the instr.dat and they are all 0kg (empty files?).

What I am trying to get here are the sound effects only. the instrument file could contain soundfont used in the game but its not my main priority to get. I would really appreciate some help if you guys can figure out how to get the sound effects from any of these files? I am also curious to hear what looptest.snd and oa.snd sound like if there is any!

Just a special request, if you guys can help get the sound effects off the prototype 1996 demo for me, please convert them to mp3 if its possible for you! These files come from the earliest demo I could find and its the Square Sample one dated June 1996!

I extract all the files from the battle.lgp and char.lgp I only need to know who they are. I would be very happy if you guys can help point out these characters for me!

a list would probably helped. with their names along with their file names with weird garbled labeling. NBAA is Chocobo and AAAA would be the yellow triangle thing that appear as a dummy from the debug test battle.

Hi I am Phil! I am only interested to rip graphics from this game and only specific versions of it.
Here is a list of things I need and the games I am trying to rip from!

Final Fantasy 7 1995 demo (both June and July builds) (ps1)

Final Fantasy 7 released 1997 (windows pc only, console version not needed)

3d models (must be converted into 2 different formats, both obj and dae)

sprites and textures such as backgrounds and the UI (must be png for still images and gif for animated BGs)

sound effects and midis from the prototype version would be really nice to have but its not a top priority at this time. I am focusing on ripping the graphics which will be the main issue to troubleshoot here.

First, lets start with the ps1 1995 demo, its a bin and cue file. What tool would you guys recommend to take a look inside? I only need to extract the model files from the demo! the converting, we can talk about it later on once I succeed the "ripping" part first.

As for the Windows pc which is based on the released 1997 version, is easier to look in and simply take the model files out but how to convert the rsd to obj and dae? I am also trying to figure out where to find the backgrounds which I haven't seen them yet. I started digging through the install disc and disc 1 so far. Maybe I should look into the other 2 discs?
