To change Squall to Seifer:
Limit Break: Use Doomtrain Editor to replace Renzokuken with Seifer's limit break (Blade Beam).
Sound Effects: Replace Squall's sound files with Seifer's in the game's sound directory.
Test: Run the mod to ensure changes are successful.
