Well, apparently I'm a bit slow.  I followed the instructions step by step, and the game launches but none of the mod changes are there. 

Bummer, was really looking forward to this with the wife.  I'll just wait until there's a proper installer, and if that doesn't happen I'll just stick to the fantastic moguri mod for FFIX, it's a much more streamlined and polished install process.

Hey everyone, this is my first post here.  I'm sorry ahead of time if this is a stupid question or it's already been answered, but I'm trying to get Ragnarok and Lunatic Pandora set up on my wife's PC for FFVIII Remastered so we can play through it together, (we've both been FF fans all our lives), and I was wondering, do I need to install this tool too?  It's a bit more of a process than I was expecting, but I've been modding Bethesda games for a while, so I'm not a complete amateur lol.  Thanks for any assistance in advance
