it is a very reasonable price as some people do charge in the area of $50-$150 for a picture equal to 2lazy2talk's quality.
She WILL draw original characters or fanart in either an anime or comic style, which is something that some people don't even offer.
details:
sketch - 5 euros *
grayscale - 10 euros
coloured - 15 euros
coloured with background - 20 euros.

2lazy2talk is willing to do a 3 euro sketch commission to anyone that I referred to her!
the prices are not fixed, the price can be lowered if the picture itself is simple, such as having a simple coloured picture end up only costing about 10 euros instead of 15 euros.
she will not draw machines or porn, which includes but is not limited to;
robots, cyborgs, factory machinery, or any other machinery.
She really doesn't like to draw metal things as the lighting is tricky to get right on them.
