FF7 (I Need Help to learn how to translate game)

I'm from Russia & still can't find normal translation of this game,so I deside to make translation by myself (cuz our projects are frozen)...can somebody give me detailed instructions how 2 teach game read russian letters? (I know that i have to redraw them but don't know right editor) i want to use Loveless editor

You should try to contact one of the other translation teams. I'm sure they have a complete set of tools to convert characters and inject new text, and all you need to do is the actual translation.
