hello Qhimm. i just wanted to ask about your welcome message on the UBB main page. loads of new people have been registering lately but its always stayed at 181, has it got a bit messed up?

sorry, i dont really like Blink anymore. i bought enema of the state and dude ranch and theyre great. but all theyre new stuff sounds the same and theyre just really full of themselves now.

They are full of themselves,yes, but they have a right to - they have become succesful.
Quite a bit of their new stuff does sound similar(I thought the beggining of the rockshow sounded like all the small things) but every one of their albums that I have heard there has been for me at least 1 good song.
On Buddha(havent heard all of it) It was carousel
On Dude ranch it was Dammit
On Enema it was Adams song and going away to college
On the Mark, Tom and Travis show I liked man overboard and I liked their Humour(I also liked the way they sounded australian sometimes)
I already like the rockshow.
So I'm hoping that there will be another on Take Off Your Pants and Jacket that I'll like.

Hhmmm, a lot of people think that but I dont think Blink 182 and Greenday are alike at all.

I didnt mean musically.. i meant how .. let me start over...

GreenDay = Music went to there heads.. (Fame i guess) alot of their songs sound the same.. as in same chords same riffs ( Listen to Dookie although that is my favorite album by them )

Blink 182 = Beginning to let fame go to their heads.. some songs sound the same... like all their sellout songs.. well not all.. and they are not as bad as Green day wuz..

As soon as bands like blink get famous they get all those fans who buy it cos they think it will make them popular so it doesnt matter what music they put out. Im hoping there is gonna be something different on this album or ill stop getting their music

Yeah, after Rollin' everyone went out and bought LimpBizkit's album. I bet their next one's gonna be rubbish, I prefered their old stuff. Im in a band at the moment, my first and and we got together a few months ago. We're gonna get our first performance at a friend's b'day soon, I cant wait!
