Full screen - Monitor Flicker and Black Bar

Works completely in windowed mode great FPS and everything with exact same settings as soon as i put in full screen mode these issues come up..

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Enable VSYNC in the Bootloader configuration.
If the problem persists, disable SHADERS and POSTPROCESSING.

The black bar along the bottom of the screen is normal.

I tried your recommendation and i even went as far as doing "safe settings"  and still no success the black bars at top and bottom im cool with cause i know they are due to aspect ratio its the scrolling black glitch bar i was speaking about .. and the flickering.. for now im playing in windowed mode was just wondering if there was a way to correct.. If you could help i can gather any information that you need.

If the flickering still occurs, it may be a setting in your GPU driver.
Are you using some type of FSAA?

You can also force windowed mode to take up the full screen.
Disable fullscreen mode, set the window size to your screen resolution and set the window position to a negative number so that the window border is off screen.

I forced aa on my nvidia controls to 4x and it worked - default setting was application controlled.. i will be messing with that and finding the performance/quality effects of different setting .. but.. I GOT IT WORKING !!! Thanks again!

The latest beta drivers cause troubles with the shaders though...

i tired with shaders ON and OFF no affect.. to correct full screen issue windowed fine.. i forced AA and works great in both modes.. I dont really know whats going on but thats what solved the issue with me..
