Guys, I already ask a question to AI chat, It give me this answer:

" Finding Zack in the BCX Files
To find Zack in the BCX files, we need to identify which file contains his character model. Unfortunately, there is no comprehensive list of the contents of each BCX file, and the game’s developers did not provide any official documentation on this topic.

However, we can make an educated guess based on the game’s storyline and character appearances. Zack is a significant character in the game, and he appears in several key scenes. Therefore, it is likely that his character model is stored in one of the larger BCX files, which contain the majority of the game’s data.

After analyzing the contents of the game’s BCX files, we can make an educated guess that Zack’s character model is most likely located in the ff7psx01.bcx file. This file is one of the largest BCX files in the game and contains many of the game’s character models and animations.

While we cannot provide a definitive answer without access to the game’s source code or official documentation, we believe that the ff7psx01.bcx file is the most likely location for Zack’s character model in the Final Fantasy VII PS1 game. "

But I'm not sure if that's correct, if anyone who had an experience on BCX files to check it.
Thanks  :)

Sounds like AI hallucination to me. I'm not sure a file with that name even exists.
This is way outside of my knowledge base, but I believe Zack is just an NPC without a dedicated file.
In the PS1 version, NPC models are stored per location, not separately. So you need to decompress and open up a BSX file for a field location where he appears. And figure out which model entry in the file corresponds to him and where the data is in the BSX file.

What about Rufus, Dyne, and Elena? They are also NPCs, but in the Sephiroth project, the project owner was able to edit their data and replace it with the game characters, namely Cid, Barret, and Tifa. As we know that Sephiroth does not have a separate BCX file, so there must be some way to retrieve Zack's data from BCX file. And replace it with one of the characters, while editing the file to suit the character's animation movements.
Thank you for feeding back  :)
