Is there a set of packages that I can use to enhance the game while still allowing to work with my integrated video? Any suggestions before I give up and play my ripped copy on PSX emulator?

Nothing here should be too taxing on your system. However depending on the age of your Intel chipset, you may display some higher-quality models as pure white in game. This used to happen on my old 2002 gateway with integrated Intel graphics.

As far as i remember you can use the minimal preset with it or if you want to add some other stuff make sure not to use field and battle background textures as the intel hd card has trouble with it and not to use the Kela red xiii model and i think that's it

You also can't use Megaten's Aerith HQ, or millenia's weapons, or grimmy's diamond weapon world model, or any of the vehicle models outside of the prp ones.

people with Intel HD cards are really limited in modding ffvii and nowadays the majority of laptops sell with Intel HD cards built in, damn that sucks :/ Would Aali's next graphics driver make it more compatible? who knows :s

Buy a 2GB 640. You would be surprised how much it is undersold for it's power and quality.
