The very worst integrated graphics in a Haswell i3 are the Intel HD 4200, which is surprisingly competent (I finished Metal Gear Rising on less). The issue you're most likely to run into is that integrated graphics don't have their own their own memory, and instead piggyback on system RAM. If you don't have a LOT of memory on offer, you can run into real problems there.
