Red X model issues

Ok so i have modded FFVII with bootleg everything was fine until i loaded the game and red X was pure white in battle. I used the hq mod of him if it helps. Anyway to fix this or am i looking a re-mod again lol? I'm a noob at this so i apologize in advance thanks

That means his textures aren't loading because somehow the modding process screwed it up. Check your APP.log to see what it reports.
