FF7 Chocobo Problem

I caught wonderful and great chocobo two times and sent farm. But Chocobo Bill says; "your stables are empty" O rent 6 stables also.

Did you just forget how the game works (in which case this isn't the best place to ask this question) or do you have a problem with a mod (in which case you should tell us which mods you're using)?
