FF7 File Formats

I was wondering if anyone would mind posting what has been found out about the formats of the files used in FF7.  Like I tried looking for information about the format of .p files, but all the information seems to be from about a year ago.  I'm also interested in the format of the animation files, again mostly the battle ones.

hm ... one more guy...

Well, I've just started writing Ultima 0.40 today, and I think I'll keep trying around with these formats the next weeks. However, my documents are very out-of-date now. You should ask mirex, he's got a working converter, perhaps his format description is more up-to-date ...

I'll publish a new version of my description, as soon as my suspicions are proved...

I've uploaded a fixed version of my desc., with notes from alhexx and NeutopiaW. here.
For battle, i can only get correct first frame for all creatures, and a first frame for "weak" anim (when player suffers some darkness/poison or stuff).
